Take our questionnaire and pay for blood work if you qualify. We will send a blood test requisition number to your email within 24-48 hours.
Step 2
Schedule a blood draw at your local Quest Diagnostics Center and get your blood drawn (we’ll send some instructions to your email with a link to schedule with Quest)

Once your results are in, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will reach out and schedule a consultation with one of our providers

Start feeling great! We will check-in with you weekly and schedule blood draws every 3-6 months to ensure that your levels are optimized.
